Our History
The Afshar family purchased the property in November 2023, naming it Kindness Ranch. Now a working ranch with over 200 head of cattle, its official livestock brand is "AA". As a result, the ranch is sometimes referred to as "AA Kindness Ranch."
The property spans just under 100 acres and is adjacent to over 20,000 acres of BLM land, bordered by the Black Canyon Trail and cut through by the Agua Frio River.
The Black Canyon Trail, an 80-mile National Recreation Trail, offers mountain bikers a long-range backcountry riding experience. This historic trail holds national significance, as it follows route once traveled by Native American traders and travelers.
